Quest Overview

Description

The woman sauntering elegantly across the invasion site is a mystery. She mocks the victims, while also ruthlessly eliminating their oppressors. Over their comms, the mysterious helper revealed that the two seem to have some sort of agenda. Is their presence a sign of more chaos to come? Or is it the start of a new story?

In the end, the woman slowly reaches out her hand toward the Stellaron. She is well aware she is not the protagonist of this story. Well then, the preparations have been made. It’s time to wake up and set off on your journey.

Steps

  1. Use a fake identity to get past the security check.
  2. Advance through the corridor and enter the interior of the space station.
  3. Investigate the portraits of the Genius Society members in the gallery.
  4. Meet up with Silver Wolf and leave the Reception Center.
  5. Venture further following the route provided by Silver Wolf.
  6. Investigate the anomaly in the Monitoring Room and uncover Curio #211, “Blind Spot”.
  7. Touch the anomalous screen to enter the secret containment vault.
  8. Unlock the Stellaron and synthesize the receptacle (Stelle or Caelus).
  9. Awaken the Trailblazer and impart the final suggestion through Spirit Whisper.

Dialogue & Script Transcription

📜 Complete Mission Script (EN)

Scene 1: An Overture of Destruction

(In the depths of space, the Antimatter Legion launches an assault on the Herta Space Station. Panic engulfs the corridors as alarms blaze crimson and researchers flee in terror.)

Space Station Inhabitant: Ahhhh! What is that!?

Asta: Lead the evacuation, quickly!

Arlan: Ugh… go!

March 7th: Look out!

(Down below on the reception platform, heels click rhythmically on the metallic floor. Kafka casually mimes playing an invisible violin as chaos unfolds around her.)

Kafka: Seems I came at a bad time.

???: (over communicator) No no — I think you couldn’t have timed it better.

Scene 2: According to the Script

(Kafka lowers her hands and gazes across the ruined docking platform. The transmission from her partner comes through crystal clear.)

???: 23:47:15 system time. Very punctual, Kafka.

Kafka: Elio always tells the exact future. So what’s with the explosion just now? Was that also part of his script?

???: Uh-huh — “23:44:59 system time: The pulses from the explosion cause a massive breakdown from the master control system.”

Kafka: You did that?

???: No, the Antimatter Legion did it. They completely invaded the space station two system hours ago.

Kafka: whistles Alright, so do we need to fight the Legion?

???: I dunno. Elio didn’t say anything about it, so it doesn’t matter.

Kafka: Got it. So from now on, I’ll be in charge of this operation.

???: Copy. Can you let me have some fun this time? Our last few operations turned out to be pretty dull.

Kafka: …Sorry, I’m afraid there’s not much I can do for you — our task this time is just to “place” the target properly. But if you wanna go look for some fun yourself, I won’t stop you. I mean, after all…

(The elevator doors slide open. A Voidranger ambushes Kafka from the threshold. Without breaking stride, Kafka draws her firearm.)

Kafka: …Elio didn’t put it in the script. Why would it matter?

(Kafka dispatches the invaders with effortless elegance.)

(Kafka proceeds through the gallery corridor, where portraits of prominent Genius Society members hang along the walls.)

Investigating Madame Herta’s Portrait

Kafka: Who’s this? Herta?

???: Yeah.

Kafka: She looks so young. She was already famous in the last Amber Era, no? She has to be at least a hundred years old.

???: She’s a member of the Genius Society and an Emanator of Nous the Erudition. She can probably age backwards if she wanted.

Kafka: Hah. I seem to recall that over half of the Genius Society’s eighty-odd members had a normal death. Wasn’t there someone who only lived for a dozen days or so? What was their name…

???: That’s pretty normal. Aren’t the immortal bosses in games always waiting for the protagonist to come kill them? Immortality is not always a good thing.

Kafka: Hah. What an Alliance joke.

(The portrait’s automated playback activates:)

Herta (Recorded Audio): “This is Madam Herta, or better known as member 83 of the Genius Society. In her childhood, she solved the solitary waves theory and the Spark model hypothesis. In her adolescence, she found the Sigma Baryons conversion method. In middle-age, she proposed the Herta sequence and published a paper on de-aging. In her senior years, she managed to reverse her own age via de-aging, and went on to solve the mystery of the imaginary leakage phenomenon, and even captured and sealed a Stellaron. Madam Herta has saved the planet she was on from destruction 19 times and has met the Aeons twice. This space station is her property.”

Investigating Zandar’s Portrait

Kafka: This is Zandar. Zandar One Kuwabara. The first genius in history.

???: The one who supposedly created Nous?

Kafka: That’s him… If the legends are true, then he was a man who created an Aeon.

???: Well they better be false. I don’t want to be a Zandar hunter.

Herta (Recorded Audio): “Zandar One Kuwabara, Genius Society member 1. I hung up his portrait purely out of respect. Without him, there would be no Genius Society today. Frankly, I don’t know what he has achieved. None of his books and inventions have survived, but there’s gotta be a place for the founder of the Society, right?”

Investigating Polka Kakamond’s Portrait

Kafka: …I know this person. She’s the Lord of Silence, Polka Kakamond. See? Her face is all blank. She had destroyed all of her own portraits and sculptures in the entire universe…

???: I’m not interested. Hurry up with our real business.

Herta (Recorded Audio): “Polka Kakamond, member #4 of the Genius Society. A woman full of mystery. Many people in the Society died by her hand. I haven’t heard anything about her for many years, but I firmly believe she is still alive. Hey, Lord of Silence, if you’re here, if you’re listening… I’m member 83, Herta, and I want to meet you. I believe you and I will have a lot to talk about.”

Investigating Elias Salas & Screwllum

(Further down the corridor, Kafka examines the remaining displays.)

Herta (Recorded Audio on Elias Salas): “Member 56 of the Genius Society, one of the only two publicly elected Ministers in the Society’s history. Be grateful to him! He created the Synesthesia Beacons and over-range remote sensing, the cornerstones of modern cosmic communication.”

Kafka: Hey! Silver Wolf! Look! It’s Screwllum, your good old opponent.

???: Hahhhh… I told you already. I didn’t know it was him…

Kafka: Ah, that battle was how Elio got his eyes on you. Imagine, someone actually able to crack Screwllum’s code! First Screwllum, then Herta… there’s probably no one else in the universe who offended two genii in such quick succession. It must be destiny.

???: Urgh… Seems like I’m the real Destiny’s Slave here.

Scene 4: Rendezvous & Aether Editing

(Kafka enters the main reception hall and eliminates the Voidranger squad. A monster lunges at her from her blind spot, but a digitized grid flickers, and the creature vanishes into thin air.)

Silver Wolf: Cleaning up other people’s mess isn’t in my job description… Y’know, Kafka?

Kafka: sighs Yeah, yeah. Where did you send it, Silver Wolf?

Silver Wolf: Some random coordinates, not important. You care about where that Voidranger ended up?

Kafka: Of course not~ I’m just amazed at this fancy technique of yours, as usual.

Silver Wolf: Just a little trick of tampering with the data of reality, I wouldn’t call it fancy.

Kafka: What were you looking at so intently just now? Let me see.

Silver Wolf: Herta’s toys, a catalog featuring the space station’s collection of rare items. They’ve got a lot of interesting gadgets.

Kafka: Like what?

Silver Wolf: There’s this gun, it can rate any creature within its crosshair as a score from 0 to 100.

Kafka: …Doesn’t sound very interesting.

Silver Wolf: Aren’t you curious about how much you would score? I kinda wanna know mine.

Kafka: Fine, I guess we can swing by and play with it if it’s not too far. What’s our destination?

Silver Wolf: Go down the corridor behind the door on the left. There’s a room where some kind of rare item is stored. That’s where we can find out where the Stellaron is.

Scene 5: Infiltration of the Monitoring Room

(The duo reaches the security control sector. Multiple monitors display scrambled diagnostic logs.)

Kafka: Not a single soul here. Impressive evacuation work. Did Herta organize it herself?

Silver Wolf: According to the access history, she hasn’t logged in here for over six months. The evacuation was directed by the acting lead researcher — a girl named Asta.

Kafka: Doesn’t ring a bell. Oh, right, Elio said we wouldn’t run into Herta. It seems she really isn’t here. Where’s the Stellaron?

Silver Wolf: Elio’s script doesn’t include any info about the location of the Stellaron, which means in the future he foresees…

Kafka: …We would find the Stellaron in a non-physical way?

Silver Wolf: This space station is packed with extraordinary objects, I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s one that can make it happen.

Kafka: Hiding something extraordinary with something extraordinary… this is pretty Herta. I assume you know what to do?

Silver Wolf: It’s a matter of hacking the surveillance system directly.

(Silver Wolf taps into the terminals. Pixelated neon patterns override the screens until only one display refuses the input.)

Silver Wolf: Simple, crude, but effective. Look, found it. Item number 211, “Blind Spot”: A simple light-deflecting field. It allows an object in its field to pass unnoticed, but if a different item ceases to be obvious, the object gets revealed.

Kafka: So Herta hides her collection with something as simple as this?

Silver Wolf: The simplest method is the hardest to spot, isn’t that our motto? Touch the screen. The data shows it has an added spatial layer…

Scene 6: The Chamber of the Cancer of All Worlds

(Touching the screen teleports both Hunters into an isolated high-security vault. In the center of the chamber, an ominous, pulsing core of catastrophic energy is suspended in a gravitational field.)

Silver Wolf: The Stellaron is up ahead, let’s hurry. It has its own security system… I guess even for Herta, a Stellaron is no ordinary rarity.

Kafka: Can you get it?

Silver Wolf: Of course, even the genius Herta can’t compete with me when it comes to hacking.

Kafka: Good, then I’ll also count on you with the preparation of the receptacle.

(Silver Wolf operates her holographic keyboard. Data matrices crystallize, forming two inert physical vessels — male and female.)

Silver Wolf: The receptacle’s ready. Your decision.

Kafka: Elio said this decision will bring about lots of changes.

Silver Wolf: He also said, it must be you who makes it.

(If Kafka hesitates:)

Silver Wolf: Why are you standing around? Having second thoughts? Kafka: Yeah. We’ve always been the ones taking Stellarons. It’s the first time we’re giving one out. Silver Wolf: You’re gonna think for this long? Didn’t make up your mind when you got out of bed this morning? Come on, I’ll pick for you! This one, yeah, this one! Kafka: Uh, Silver Wolf? Did you forget that I must be the one to make this decision?

(Kafka selects the vessel. Silver Wolf finalizes the data stream.)

Silver Wolf: Wanna give them a new name?

Scene 7: The Awakening & Spirit Whisper

(Kafka holds the glowing Stellaron and approaches the inert body. Gently, she presses the core into the vessel’s chest. Radiant golden fissures spread across their skin before receding. The Trailblazer’s eyes flutter open.)

Kafka: There we go. How much do they remember?

Silver Wolf: …They’ll remember you.

Kafka: Time to get up.

🔹 [Trailblazer Choice]

  • Where… am I?
    • Kafka: A space station, but that’s not important.
  • Kafka…?
    • Kafka: Great, so you remember me.
  • Who… are you?
    • Kafka: I thought you’d remember me.
    • Silver Wolf: Maybe you’re not as important as you think.

(Kafka leans in close, her eyes narrowing as an ethereal resonance hums in her voice — the hypnotic cadence of Spirit Whisper.)

Kafka: Listen: You are in a daze right now. You don’t know who you are, why you’re here, or what you’re going to do next. You think I look familiar, but you’re not sure if you should trust me—

Kafka: …None of that matters. All you need to know is that I’m leaving, and you will be left all alone on this space station. From now on, you needn’t think about your past or doubt yourself.

Kafka: Listen: In the near future, you will encounter all kinds of perils and hardships, but you will also have many wonderful experiences. You’ll meet companions who treat you like family, and embark on surreal adventures with them…

Kafka: At the end of your journey, all that perplexes you and troubles you will resolve. This is your future that Elio has foreseen. Do you like it?

🔹 [Trailblazer Choice]

  • I guess…
    • Kafka: Lovely. Listen: Remember what you’re feeling in this moment. As long as you know in your heart where you’re heading, you are guaranteed to see the ending of your story. That’s the you I like.
  • No… I don’t want it…
    • Kafka: This is also a lovely answer. Listen: Elio can foresee the future, but he can’t make decisions for you. Use that will of yours to reach the end of your story. That’s the you I like.

🔹 [Trailblazer Choice]

  • Where are you going…

Kafka: The next stop, to pave the way for the future that is written. It’s like weaving brocade — you and I can only add one gold thread each time, but eventually, we will make a gorgeous pattern.

Silver Wolf: How long do you think you need? According to the script, the Astral Express crew is arriving soon. We should avoid being seen by them.

Kafka: I know, Silver Wolf. Just give me another minute.

(Kafka turns back toward the Trailblazer, placing a gloved hand on their shoulder.)

Kafka: I must leave now. Listen: Don’t worry. Someone will come and find you very soon, just go with them. You won’t remember a thing except me.

🔹 [Trailblazer Choice]

  • Farewell… Kafka…

Kafka: When you have a chance to make a choice, make one that you know you won’t regret…

(Kafka and Silver Wolf step backward into the shadows of the teleportation beam. The Trailblazer falls into unconsciousness as distant footsteps approach.)

Panoramica della Missione

Dialoghi & Trascrizione Integrale

📜 Trascrizione Integrale della Sceneggiatura (IT)

Asta: Guidate l’evacuazione, fate presto!

Arlan: Ugh… correte, andate!

???: No, è stata la Antimatter Legion.

???: Ricevuto.

Kafka: E costei chi sarebbe? Herta?

???: Esatto.

È la Lord of Silence, Polka Kakamond. Vedi?

Kafka: Ehi, Silver Wolf! Guarda un po’! C’è Screwllum, il tuo vecchio rivale.

???: Uff… te l’ho già detto mille volte.

Kafka: sospira Sì, sì, lo so. Dove lo hai spedito, Silver Wolf?

Silver Wolf: A coordinate casuali, niente di importante. Ti importa davvero sapere dove sia finito quel Voidranger?

Kafka: Assolutamente no~ Trovo solo affascinante questa tua insolita tecnica, come sempre.

A me piacerebbe scoprire il mio.

Diversi terminali mostrano schermate diagnostiche corrotte.)

Kafka: Non c’è anima viva qui dentro.

Silver Wolf: Lo Stellaron è proprio lì davanti, facciamo in fretta.

Ci stai ripensando? Kafka: Già. Siamo sempre state noi a prendere gli Stellaron.

  • Kafka…?
    • Kafka: Ottimo, allora ti ricordi di me.
  • Chi… sei tu?
    • Kafka: Speravo ti ricordassi di me.

Kafka: Lo so, Silver Wolf.

Kafka: Devo andare adesso. Ascolta: Non avere paura. Non ricorderai assolutamente nulla, tranne me.

🔹 [Scelta Trailblazer]

  • Addio… Kafka…
